Slow Performance
If you experience slow performance ie, a long Loading screen, email us, stating that Reports Online is experiencing network delay resulting in slow response times. We will then contact our service providers who will investigate the issue. The cause is usually a network failure where certain network connections have failed and all network traffic is routed through back up services. This is an urgent issue and must be raised immediately. When this happens, our service providers can usually resolve this issue in about 3 hours after the issue has been raised.
